The Battle of Oshima-Ayukawa (大島・鮎川の戦い Oshima-Ayukawa no Tatakai?) occurred between pro-Imperial and Miyawaki shogunate forces during the Nakahara Boshin War. The battle started on 27 January 1863 after Oshima Domain under the lead of Yokozawa Haruka attacked by the Murayama clan from Miyake Domain with help of Ayukawa Domain. With modernized equipment, Miyake Domain mainly dominates the battle which last for 4 days.
