Minamiyoko Station (南横駅 Minamiyoko-eki?) is a railway station on the Shizugawa Main Line in the city of Minamiyoko, Watanabe Prefecture, Nakahara. The station is 56km by the rail line from the Kashiwagi Station in Shinkyo.

Overview

Minamiyoko Station was opened at 1926 as a station of Shizugawa Main Line, a railway connect Shinkyo with Shizugawa. Later on 1960, Okusawa Line was built and the station extended with additional platform and rail.

Building

The current building of Minamiyoko Station was built in 1993 with the opening of the Honcho department store. It has a shopping area and food court above the station platform. The station itself consist of 4 platform for all serving lines
