The Shimakawa Expressway (島川自動車道 Shimakawa Jidōsha-dō ), , is a 4-laned to 6-laned national expressway in Nakahara. It is owned and managed by Central Nakahara Expressway Company. It's connecting Shimazaki in Watanabe Prefecture with Shizugawa in Shizugawa Prefecture with the main access toward Kanzen Bridge which connect Maejima Island with Kyushu Island of Nakahara.
