Shinkyo (新京都 Shinkyo?, "New Capital") officially Shinkyo Metropolis (新京都 Shinkyo-to?), is one of the 48 prefectures of Nakahara. Shinkyo is the capital of Nakahara, the center of the Greater Shinkyo Area, Largest metropolitan area in Tellus. It's the home of Nakahara Government and Imperial family of Nakahara. Shinkyo located in Kanto region on the largest island of Nakahara, Maejima Island. Shinkyo special prefecture originally divided into 2 different prefecture, Shinkyo Capital City and Shinkyo Prefecture until the merge in 1943.
