Kizawa (木沢市 Kizawa-shi?) is the largest city in Maezaki Prefecture, Nakahara. As for 2011, it has population 529,334 with land size 295 km square making its density 1,794 per km square

Geography

Kizawa city located in the east-end of Sawasaki plains bordering with Esashi Mountains in the eastern part making most of its part flat plain area. Satogawa River runs through the city from the west Academy City toward the Sanhe Sea in the north coast of the city.
