Miyashita-gumi (宮下組 Miyashita-Gumi?) is a Nakahara based yakuza group. It is the 4th largest yakuza group in Nakahara spanning the membership all across the Sekami particularly Nakami Region. Founded 1885 by Miyashita Ryobe, Miyashita-gumi is the oldest yakuza group of Nakahara. Miyashita known for its claimed to be the descendant of the late Miyashita Clan which was one of the notable clan in Nakahara prior to Siege of Nagawa where the fate of the clan was unknown afterward. Miyashita-gumi has an unusual structure for a Yakuza group on Nakahara, its succession based on family lineage which has been done since the first succession in 1910.

Current leader of Miyashita group is 26 years old Miyashita Masashige who have gained the power since 2013 after the assassination of previous Miyashita group leader, Miyashita Mitsushige who is Masashige father. The second to the power of the group is 19 years old Miyashita Chiemi who Masashige younger sister.
